Unit Delay
Returns the initial condition on the first sample, then returns the preceding input sample.
Behavior
Section titled “Behavior”With sample index n, y(0) = ic and y(n) = u(n-1) for n > 0. This is a one-tick delay, so the elapsed delay is dt.

T can be a scalar, array, or composite value; the value is delayed as a whole.
