Step
Outputs initial_value before step_time, then final_value from the step time onward.
Generic over the float width: T is f64 unless the instance binds it, and
every parameter and the output take that width.
Behavior
Section titled “Behavior”With t(0) = 0 and t(n) = n * dt, y(n) = initial_value when t(n) < step_time; otherwise y(n) = final_value. The comparison is inclusive at the step time.
